In today's difficult economy, it's always helpful to know ways to generate cash.
Most people don't realize they have the ability to generate cash at their
finger tips. The key is to realize you can sell what you don't need or use.
Look around, do you have any old or broken gold or jewelry, collectibles,
antiques or other items having value.
The average American home has hundreds of dollars of unworn gold or other
jewelry. Gold prices have been at their highest level ever this year. The
higher the price of gold, the more you can sell you gold for.
Did you collect anything as a child that you still have today, such as baseball
cards, stamps, coins, or dolls. If so, you may have something of value. Price
guides exist for nearly any type of collectibles. You may find you can sell
your old collections for real cash.
Have you ever seen that T.V. show where normal people like you and I bring items
they have at home to be evaluated for value? Many times they are pleasantly
surprised how much they can sell their old stuff for. Look around your home for
items which may have antique value.
Even if you don't have any individual items you can sell for a substantial
amount, you can still raise some cash by selling your stuff. Garage sales are a
great way to sell the old and unused items. Another excellent venue for selling
old stuff of value is ebay.
If you have nothing physical to sell, you can sell your time. No, not by getting
another job, by selling your opinion. There are survey companies across the
country, where they will pay you a descent amount of money to do nothing but
give your opinion.
Times are tough, yes. However, that does not mean that raising cash is
impossible. I have outline a few ways you can sell what you have to make ends
meet.
